It's been a while...

It's been quite a while since an update... so here is the quick version to get caught back up. :)

We are loving the new house, new jobs, and getting settled back into Enid!

We have OSU season tickets and are loving the tailgates and good times with family (James and Jeremy and families as well as several of Kyle's cousins.)

I am teaching Special Ed this year and I love it! I have a wonderful class and two awesome paras! It is a lot different than regular education, but I am enjoying the change.

We have an addition to our family! :) Roxie Boo Tefft joined our family in late July. She is such a doll and we love her so very much.

4th of July!

We went down to Scott and Beth's lake house for 4th of July..which is ALWAYS a great time! We had quite the house full..Scott, Beth, Kyle and I, Monica and Justin, Monica, Bryan, Lauren, Allison, Jordan and Aunt Jean, Tiffany and Jarrod.

The group had a great time golfing, laking, and cooking!

We enjoyed fireworks on Saturday over Hell's Gate.

we had a fabulous 4th of July. we feel blessed to live in a free country and are thankful for all the men and women who fought and are fighting for our us.

EJ Summer Regional

Kyle and I went to our first Edward Jones Summer Regional meeting. We went to Oklahoma City for the weekend and stayed at the Skirvin. During the day, Kyle had meetings. In the evenings, we went to dinner and then out in Bricktown. Saturday evening, there was a themed award banquet. It was Roaring 20's...complete with Charleston dance lessons. We had a great time!

My parents took us on a wonderful Bahamian getaway!

We flew to Miami on Friday morning and boarded the boat.

It was a quick trip...but FULL of fun!!

Summer review...thus far..

Family Golf Outing

June 13th, 2010

Even though I am an amateur golfer, I decided I would attempt a round of golf with the fam. We had a few good laughs and did make it through the entire 18 holes. I can't say my score was great..but hopefully I will continue to improve! :) Nonetheless, we had a great time with my parents, Jeremy, Heather, Nick, and James golfing at Hennessey.

Lake Weekend

Seester!

It was fabulous to go to the lake for Scott and Beth's 30th wedding anniversary! We feel truly blessed to have such wonderful role models for our marriage. We had a great time relaxing...a little golf (for kyle), walking, wakeboarding, laying out, and of course some good quality family time!

Mammy and Daddy came to St Louis to help us pack up our apartment and drive the Uhaul to Oklahoma. We packed up the apt while Kyle finished things up at the Edward Jones home office. We got to our house about 8:00pm and unpacked and began working on making our house a home. (House pictures coming soon.)

Kate and Mike come to town..

Kate and Mike came to visit us! We were so glad to see them!

They got to town about noon. After showing them our apt, we took them to Iron Barley for some St Louis BBQ.

Even though it was raining, we went to the arch. We also went up in the Arch. As a child, Mike came to the Arch with his family. At that time he was afraid to go up in the Arch...Kate was instructed to make him go up!

PROOF! He did it! :)

Then we went to the Budweiser Brewery...

and then there was a TORNADO and we had to hang out with 200 other people in the lobby of the distribution/packing center...

After the brewery we went to St Charles for dinner and drinks!

We had a great time and can't wait for them to come visit us in Enid! :)
